Terms and Conditions : 

We welcome all innovative and passionate movie makers to Talentwoods Crowdfunding. This platform provides a heavenly way to amuse the world with your dream movie. Before going to the further steps, we provide you a set of rules to follow:

The project idea should be unique and exciting:

The project idea or the content must be new and unique which should taste new to the viewers who get easily attracted towards the video. When more and more people spend time with your video, it could generate more and more revenue.

Others also must agree to promote:

The Talentwoods Crowdfunding also could help in the promotion of your content once it has been created. For this process, the team would be approaching some personalities or organizations whose voices will touch the eardrums of people. For this to happen, the video created by you should be in such a way that personalities facing people on behalf of you should agree upon your content and reach a feeling that it can be promoted.

Tracking of funds raised:

The funds raised for the project will be tracked by the backend team of the Talentwoods team. However, the details of fund flow should be provided by your team of makers when asked for the same.

Misleading content and promotion of deadly things are prohibited:

Movies, web series, and all other videos on the platform create the greatest impact on the people directly or indirectly. Your content must not support the following things:

• Usage of deadly things such as tobacco, marijuana, drugs, alcohol, and all other government prohibited items should not be promoted.

• Scenes containing nudity, promotion sexual abuse, manhandling shots, child labor, the practice of rowdyism and weak people exploitation, child trafficking, direct expose of personalities and scams of real-world, promotion of heist and other illegal activities must be minimized.

• The use of abusive and inappropriate language in the content should be minimized as well

• People’s personal beliefs, culture, language, dressing sense, disciplines, religion, race, potential, individual personality, and all other related things should be left unharmed.

• Promotion of the use of foul language is strictly prohibited.

• Promotion of heroic stunts like wheeling and sloppy on vehicles, jumping from peak points, riding vehicles on unusual tracks, and all other risky stunts should be reminded to people not to try at home.

• Harming or killing the animals, birds, and all other species in the scenes of the movie should be reminded to people as fake and not try at home.

Returns of revenue after the completion of the project:

The returns of the revenue will be decided based on the revenue generated after the release of the project. Even every individual involved with Talentwoods crowdfunding and the corresponding project makers shall openly discuss and agree.

The above terms are just the main things that all parties must agree on. Separate rules may be beset when the project is yet to start based on the content and quality of the output generated.
